We run fast-paced, detail-driven estate sales across the region, and we're always looking for dependable people to grow with us. If you take pride in your work, treat every client's belongings with care, and don't mind rolling up your sleeves, you'll fit right in here.



Our sales typically run Thursday through Sunday. Work hours can reach 40 per week during active sale periods. This is physical, hands-on work, and we need people who show up ready.

What the Work Looks Like

Before a sale opens, the real work begins. You'll spend several days on-site organizing, sorting, cleaning out closets and cabinets, researching items, and pricing everything for display. During the sale itself, you'll assist customers on the floor, answer questions, and keep things running smoothly.

No two estates are the same. One week you may be handling a mid-century modern home full of collectibles. The next could be a complete household liquidation from scratch. You need to be comfortable with that variety.

What We Look For

  • A positive, get-it-done attitude in a team setting
  • Comfort with technology for research and pricing
  • Ability to lift and carefully move furniture, fragile items, and personal property
  • Strong attention to detail and personal accountability
  • Weekend availability (Thursday through Sunday is standard)

Skills That Set You Apart

  • Previous estate sale experience
  • Knowledge of antiques, fine art, or collectibles
  • Home staging background
  • Experience handling high-value or fragile personal property
  • Familiarity with pricing tools or resale market values

 Specialists Welcome

Do you have deep knowledge in a specific category? We regularly bring in specialists on a per-sale basis for items like fine silver, fine art, jewelry, and rare collectibles. If you have that kind of expertise, we want to hear from you.
