How long is the consignment period?
The Perfect Piece will consign your items for 90 days. If the item(s)
do not sell, you may pick your items up anytime during the 5 day
expiration period.
What is the consignment split?
You will receive 50% of the actual selling price excluding sales tax.
When do I get paid?
You will be paid once per month. Checks are printed on the 15th of
the month following the sale of consigned furnishing. A check will be
mailed to the address provided or you may pick up the check. Any
Consignor with an account balance of $20.00 or less may receive
payment in cash. You may also choose to use your account credit
for purchases within the store.
What is accepted for consignment?
The Perfect Piece is looking for gently used quality furniture, lamps,
chandeliers, artwork, rugs and decorative accessories. We do not
accept mattresses, appliances or clothing.
We accept a wide selection of furniture and accessories from all
time periods. Including:

How do you determine the selling price of my items?
Our goal is to get you the highest possible price for your merchandise.
Therefore, we price your items at a fair market value so that it will sell
within 30 days . If your item does not sell within 30 days, it will be reduced
by 15%. After 60 days, the item will be reduced by 30%. After 90 days, it
is expired.
